Its’ 40 X 82’ all wood structure and exposed majestic beams provide a rustic yet modern elegant feel for your special day.
Open year round, Bates Barn is climate controlled with numerous amenities to include ample parking, fire alarm(s), security cameras, wheelchair accessibility, wifi, sound system; in-ceiling screen; projector, just to name a few.
We do not discriminate, everyone welcome! Bates Barn can accommodate 175+ and is the perfect location for your wedding, corporate event, high school Prom, market(s), entertainment or celebration of life for a loved one. Added space is available in the Mezzanine overlooking the main floor.
We are fully licensed to provide bar service(s) for your event. Serviced campsites are on site with access to waterfront, a dock and mooring. Our prep kitchen, private caterer’s entrance and wedding party room c/w a shower and private washroom is on the lower level of the barn.
With an option to rent a log house nearby as well as a photographer’s dream with water view, country roads, heritage buildings; an apple orchard on site, Bates Barn is the perfect location for your event.
