Hampton Brewing Co. is a long-time dream of lifelong friends. Starting with rudimentary homebrew kits in 2012, our brewers were immediately drawn to a wide range of flavour profiles and eager to create something they could call their own. Placing well in a local homebrew competition inspired them to turn their passion into a commercial operation.
Hampton Brewing was incorporated in December 2018. From 2018 – May 2021, Hampton Brewing Co. operated as a contract brewer. These experiences were invaluable as it provided a real-world education in the day-to-day operation of a small-scale brewery. Thank you, Loyalist City Brewing Co. and Hammond River Brewing Company.
In the summer of 2020, Hampton Brewing Co. decided to take the next step and open (and build!) their own brewery. Located just outside the town limits of Hampton, NB, the brewery is the culmination of a lot of hard work by friends, family and valued partners.
The Hampton Brewing Co. team has continued to grow over the years, yet the same sense of teamwork and collaboration lives on.
Kredl's Corner Market works with more than 150 local farmers and vendors to bring you the best of fresh and local food. The Kredl's bakers stock our shelves with the freshest breads and sweets every day and our Garden Centre is stocked with a variety of plants and supplies for all of your gardening needs. During the summer months, Kredl's has a delicious assortment of locally made ice-cream flavours and our Cookhouse features in-house and locally sourced items. Naija Atlantic Bakery originally opened in October of 2022 under the direction of Jimi Alalade. Relocating to Hampton two years ago alongside his wife and three children, they have embraced their time in the community wholeheartedly. The term "Naija" pays homage to Nigeria, the homeland of Jimi and his wife. Naija Atlantic Bakery offers a selection of Nigerian bread and rolls that are available locally at MacMillan’s Independent Grocer.
