HACC Welcomes 2010
Hampton Scouts, Cubs & Beavers
The new decade got off to a friendly start at the Mayor’s Levee on New Years Day. HACC, represented by Life Member David Carr, was there to present the awards to the winning entries in the November 28 Santa Claus Parade.
Hampton Sea Cadets
Members of the Hampton Scouts, Cubs and Beavers attended to accept the award for Best Youth Group Entry.
The Hampton Sea Cadets accepted their award for Best Marching Unit.
Megan Harrison, Town of Hampton
Town Clerk Megan Harrison, along with her family, accepted the award for Best Overall Entry on behalf of the Town of Hampton.
The award for Best School Entry went to Hammond River Elementary School, and Best Commercial Entry was won by Hampton Pharmacy Ltd. These winners were not able to attend, therefore, the awards will be presented at a later date. Congratulations to the winners, and thank you from the Hampton Area Chamber of Commerce for contributing so greatly to this year’s parade!
